Description

This flax spinning fiber is the natural unbleached color of linen. The quality is medium, long fibers (4-6 inch staple length). Spinning is easy with this combed top and can be used for a variety of projects.

Linen or flax fibers are best spun with some added moisture, to smooth out the fibers as you spin. The fibers soften with use, and linen fabric makes wonderful heirlooms since it holds up so well, only improving with use.

The long fibers are also used for other crafts and processes. We don’t claim to be an expert on these at all, but from fly tying to reenacting, this flax is a quality product for your craft.
