Description

This Bobbin Lace Kit has everything you need to try your hand at lace making. The 24 English bobbins are spangled with glass beads for added weight, stability, and beauty. It comes with sturdy 6 ply cotton thread (colors will vary), pins, a pricker, a pin cushion, and a booklet with prickings. How can you resist? The pillow is a 16″ ethafoam cookie with a cotton cloth cover.

Bobbin lace is basically loose ended weaving, you twist and weave the bobbins together to create intricate lace. You use the pins and pricking to create the pattern, and hold the stitches in place when reversing directions. Bobbin lace can be as simple or as complex as you would like.Bobbin Lace Book
