Description

Like the regular Schacht spinning wheel bobbin, the High Speed Bobbin also has a four ounce capacity. The High Speed Bobbin can be identified by “HI SPD” written on the small end of the bobbin, but otherwise appears the same as the regular Spinning Wheel Bobbin.

The High Speed Bobbin is required when using the high speed and super high speed whorls in double drive.

Compatible with Matchless and Ladybug wheels. The High Speed Bobbin can be used on the Sidekick spinning wheel but is not needed.

The flanges are made of hard maple with a hand-rubbed Danish oil finish, and the core is made of durable black plastic. (current picture is of the regular speed bobbin, until we can get a picture of the new black core high speed).

What’s better then a spinning oil bottle? A choice between 3 spinning wheel oil bottles! We offer the Schacht Precision, the Ashford, or the Kromski bottles. You can’t go wrong with any of them. The Kromski does have the longest nozzle, but the Schacht bottle is a little sturdier. It really comes down to personal preference though.
