Description

Babe’s niddy-noddies are made of 3/4″ furniture PVC with O-rings at the ends to help hold on the yarn, and a Babe Aid to hold the beginning end of the yarn to the center shaft.

Why plastic? It’s lightweight, impervious to moisture, and does not stain, Making it great for regular winding, holding skeins neat while painting on dyes, and for drying yarn under tension.

Small which makes a 1 yard skein (niddy measures about 8.5″ at the center support)

Standard which makes a 1-2/3 yard (60″) skein (and 60 times around makes a 100 yard skein) (niddy measures about 14″ at the center support)

Large makes a 2 yard skein (niddy measures about 16.5″ at the center support)
