For online orders, we accept payment
by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal (through Paypal, you can also choose to pay by any

For mail orders we
accept payment by check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. Please use our Printable Order Form

We usually ship by Priority Mail. Some larger items and dropshipments
ship via UPS. For express shipping, please CALL IN your order, so we can
discuss shipping options and costs with you.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to WI are charged 5.5% sales tax.
Redeeming Gift Certificates I am still working on getting the certificates to be accepted by
the cart. In the meantime, you may call in your order if you wish to
redeem your gift certificate, or use the cart and checkout by credit card,
putting the gift certificate number in the comments box. We will apply
the gift certificate to your order and your card will not be charged.
Return Policy Call or email for an authorization before returning any item(s). We do
not accept returns of videos or DVDs, unless defective. Returns of in-stock items
in re-saleable condition will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus
shipping and handling) if the return is made within thirty days of
purchase. Re-saleable condition means the item(s) must be in the original,
un-damaged packaging, along with any accessories, parts and
instructions. Returns of special ordered items will receive a refund of
the purchase price, minus shipping and handling and a 15% re-stocking
fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You are
responsible to pack and ship the item(s) in such a way as to insure their safe and intact
arrival.
Defective Merchandise
We try to inspect all merchandise before shipping, but if something you receive
is defective, notify us right away, and we will do what we can to correct the
situation.

contact information of our customers.
